The Corporate Governance Guidelines, hereinafter referred to as the "GCG Guidelines," are consistently implemented and serve as the Company's operational foundation and business management standards, ensuring that all Stakeholder values can be optimally utilized and enhanced, resulting in a mutually beneficial relationship.
