The implementation of Risk Management serves as a guideline to provide confidence in decision-making and is part of management's proactive actions in anticipating business changes that could pose a threat to the Company's business continuity.
To ensure alignment in the implementation of Risk Management within the Company and as a guideline for fostering awareness and fostering a Corporate Culture, the General Guidelines for Risk Management at PT Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna have been prepared in accordance with Board of Directors Decree No. 0020.K/DIR/2022 dated May 20, 2022, concerning the General Guidelines for Integrated Risk Management at PT Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna.
