Scope of Work :
Provision of Material Composition Testing Equipment with COM quality consisting of:
- Material Composition Testing Equipment complete with software and accessories
- Portable Hardness Tester
- Training and certification from BAPETEN (Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency) and KAN (National Accreditation Committee)
2. Registration and Enrollment Period
Start Date : Monday, 09 September 2024 – Tuesday, 17 September 2024
Time : 08.00 – 16.30 WIB
3. Aanwijzing / Clarification Meeting of Bid Documents
Date : Tuesday, 17 September 2024
Time : 09.00 WIB
4. The Procurement Team will provide the softcopy of the Tender Documents / RKS to prospective bidders via email.
5. Submission Requirements
- Participants must send an email confirming their interest in the procurement.
- All participants must attend the aanwijzing meeting for the clarification of bid documents on the date mentioned above.
- The Procurement Team reserves the right to reject the registration of prospective bidders if the registration/statement of interest as stated in point 2 is submitted after the specified deadline.
