• Aanwijzing / Clarification Meeting for Bid Documents

• The Procurement Team will provide a softcopy of the Tender Documents/RKS to prospective bidders via email.
• Submission Requirements
- Participants must send an email confirming their interest in the procurement.
- All participants are expected to attend the aanwijzing meeting for clarification of bid documents on the specified date.
- The Procurement Team reserves the right to reject the registration of prospective bidders if the registration/statement of interest as stated in point 2 is submitted after the deadline.
